  We were so disappointed with the puppy classes. Each week the trainer, for most part of the class, stood in the middle of the hall reading from a sheet of paper. No homework or handouts were given at the classes. The majority of the 6-week classes was throwing food around the floor for the puppies to pick up. There was very little heel work, sit and stay, and other basic training. Some weeks some owners didn't bother turning up with their pups and a couple of owners dropped out altogether. It was a waste of £80 and put our puppy back by several weeks. We thankfully found a brilliant 6-week class after finishing this one where every part of training was covered, we were given homework and handouts and at the end of the 6-week class all puppies received a Kennel Club certificate and rosette which we did not get at Good for Dogs. The second puppy classes were only £30 for 6 weeks, almost two thirds cheaper and so much more professional.
