  I have to say poor impression. I've been using air for a long time and went in today at 4.45 to have the following experience: I asked if anyone was available to cut my hair, response 'no'. No one else was in having their hair cut. Not a single customer. 'I'll check with ABC to see if she can cut your hair but she finishes in 15 minutes'. She checks. 'No sorry she doesn't have time'. Eh? She doesn't have 15 minutes to cut my hair (God forbid she leaves a minute late) but DOES have time to hang out the back of the salon smoking a cigarette. Weird, I thought. 'The barber isn't in until tomorrow,' she continued. I don't care about a barber cutting my hair. I'm a man, but I think women have always cut my hair. Right, I thought, 'you're open until 7 - do you have anything on between 5 and 7?' 'No. No one here to cut hair between those times'. Hmm. Useful opening times. Fantastic commitment. And wonderful advice. The next place answered the phone straight away and booked me in. That's called losing customers.
